SWEET CHILDREN
Innocence in Atlanta. There were a lot of good things that happened on the last road trip. I didn't take as many pictures as I should have. It is often left off during the best times.

FUCKED UP RONNIE
Twice, I found free records at the same location. One was "24 SUPER CHART HITS" from Ronny's Pop Show. I'd never heard of it so I looked it up and this is what it was. I am very much into it. I am also digging this Amero-Euro-Pop. What I dig the most is that it has "I Wanna be a Cowboy" by Boys Don't Cry and "What's the Colour of Money" by Hollywood Beyond on it.

SSPS TV: ROMP STOMP CLAP YOUR HANDS
This video has been banned from Masher.com and it was their content that made my video. It really looked like a Scientology commercial or a 911 type conspiracy movie.I'll post the stills that I contributed in a future post... It's ashamed. It was a good video.

A Savage Society Public Service Announcement
I tried to make a "Free Video" on Masher.com- that lets you make videos with uploaded footage, that I uploaded and cannot see any of the videos for, pictures, that worked okay, or footage from their archive. I tried to use their videos and my pictures, since my video wasn't showing up. It is (most definitely) how those conspiracy theory videos that are all over the internet are being made. HA. That shit ain't working. I don't think it works well with long vid's, and mine was 9 minutes. While editing, it would not let me scroll any frames that weren't on the screen to edit. It might start working again soon and when it does, I'll repost it. But right now, I feel like I wasted my night. I'll have a real video for y'all soon! I'm drawing the storyboards now. Oh, shit! Storyboards! Anyways, Enjoy this SSPS PSA that I made fo' yo' asses...

SPACE MUSIC WITH JONNY PORKCHOP THIS THURSDAY IN NYC
This Thursday, join your space host and musical captain- Porkchop - as he helps you to reach into yourselves and the minds of others through recorded music. Expect an eclectic mix of music not limited to music in the genres of-Future Primitive, Cosmos, F-Punk, Rocker, Child Adult, Grab Bag, Soda Pop, and Camera Obscura. Never Band Wagon. Yes. I am talking MULTI-GENRE MADNESS!!! After all, it is my thing... to provide my people with songs they might not otherwise hear juxtaposed against enough familiarity, to keep you interested into going deeper into sounds you might have not otherwise enjoyed. You may ask, why am I explaining this? It's because I can't explain it while I'm making it happen and I want you to hear these great records that I keep running across. I'LL BE THERE FROM THE 24TH OF SEPTEMBER ON THURSDAYS THROUGH OCTOBER, presiding over the Cut from 10PM til the break of 4AM. Please join us at the Wreckroom. 940 Flushing @ Evergreen. Brooklyn. SSPS ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Claudio Simonette
I was in such a bad fucking mood, today. This childhood classic that was one of the many jams played on the radio station WBMX, 102.7FM & AM1490, in Oak Park/Chicago, Ill. when "House Music" was all the rage, made me feel better. Claudio Simonette, you've done it again! It might seem weird to some, but it really makes me feel like breaking!!! It was a total mind fuck to discover that he was part of "Goblin", an Italian Prog Rock band responsible for the soundtracks of a shit ton of Italian films. In America, he is most famous for scoring the George Romero classic Dawn of the Dead, but is also highly-regarded for his work in the films of Italian horror maestro Dario Argento, with whom he has worked almost exclusively since 1975. Goblin's score to his film Profondo rosso was one of the highest-selling horror movie soundtracks ever produced. The last sentence is from wikipedia. Maybe you should wiki him, as I am sick of typing. Listen to it. Love it.

SSPS @ NY EYE AND EAR3!!!
Here is the end of my set @ the Knitting Factory. It comes in on Sweet Children and regresses into the first performance of a Gino Soccio cover song that I had learned to play about 2 hours before the show, and decided to try while I was on stage. Trial and Error is the name of the game. You should hear it now. Completely redeveloped. Anyways, there's some stuff that I have cooking for you SSPS maniac's out there! You know who you are...

NIGHT TWO: NY EYE AND EAR 3!!!
The New Wavers had a music convention. Only kidding! I went to the second day of the NY Eye and Ear Fest at the Knitting Factory. Played there, in fact. I didn't document much, as I was riding the line between, beer, schedule times, pre-backlining my rig, and the spectation of live music!
Here's a little Omega Jarden and their voyeur friendly night beat! The sound is shitty with this little camera. I'd advise you turn it down a little!!!
I can't wait to see them again!
Transcending the body
Transcending the the night!
Doing My Thang. It was a short set. If my memory serves me correctly, the set list was-
1/. Societies Savage (Parts one and two)
2/. Catacomb City (transition)
3/. Sweet Children
4/. Double Life
5/. There's a Woman (Gino Soccio cover song)
I think my set might have been like 20 Minutes. Sweet. There were too many bands too list but it's awesome to be a smaller part of a bigger world! Thanks Todd Pendu and every one involved with organizing such a great two day celebration of aural creativity!!!
You can check out more @ http://www.pendu.org/nyeyeandear/
